Remote fitness mentoring is a great way to get the coaching you need to reach your highest potential, to step out of your comfort zone and to grow physically, spiritually, and emotionally — holistic fitness and well-being.
Set high standards for yourself! Live up to them! Let me help guide you through when you feel stuck and overwhelmed or lost.
You will track your food and exercise daily. We will schedule our weekly discussion for a day and time that is convenient for you. All you need to do is send your completed log to me for us to review it together. We will assess what is working for you and what needs some attention. We’ll discuss any challenges in the coming week and how to handle them.
