Step-It-Up with Ease Fitness Program and Meditation
We all suffer from information overload, the stressors of a fast-paced life. Our unhealthy eating and drinking habits, lack of sleep, and sedentary lifestyles adds to our anxieties and stress levels. High stress causes hormonal imbalances affecting our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It also holds us back in achieving our weight-loss goals.
Exercising with the right intensity can help lower stress levels. Adding meditation to a fitness routine will make it more effective: it quiets your mind, helps you maintain a sense of calm, lowers your stress hormones, and helps you reach your fitness and weight-loss goals.
One-on-One Fitness Session and Meditation (20 min). This program allows you ease your way into training while improving you overall attitude/mindset.
- Manhattan (All): Primary areas are Chelsea, East Village, Flatiron District, Gramercy, Nolita, Wall St and West Village.
- Outside of Manhattan – Hoboken/ Jersey City NJ and Williamsburg
