Matched for your schedule and location. I will be your trainer that will work with you in a designated gym in Manhattan (the general NYC area) or your home. A customized body shaping program and diet plan will be designed and implemented with you including:
- Each session is a 1-hour training session one-on-one
- Unlimited emails in between sessions
- Manhattan (All): Primary areas are Chelsea, East Village, Flatiron District, Gramercy, Nolita, Wall St and West Village.
- Outside of Manhattan – Hoboken/ Jersey City NJ
