It Is Time For Bliss – Meditation
My meditation techniques are designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy or life force and develop positive emotions. Allow your mind to easily settle inward, through quieter levels of thought, until you experience the most silent and peaceful level of your own awareness — pure consciousness. Through following very simple, practical instructions we can learn to let go of the causes of our pain and dissatisfaction and gain the inner peace and clarity we seek.

Sessions offered are One on One private session + meditation+ consultation:
- One hour private session followed by 20 min meditation
- One 30 min consultation via phone or Skype per week
- Unlimited emails
- Locations: Manhattan (All): Primary areas are Chelsea, East Village, Flatiron District, Gramercy, Nolita, Wall St and West Village.
- Outside of Manhattan – Hoboken/ Jersey City NJ and Williamsburg.
