Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Class- Hoboken NJ
Kundalini yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. It was first taught to the public in 1969 by Yogi Bhajan. It uses breath, mantras, mudras, rhythmic movements, and relaxation to stimulate the nervous system, the mind to create a balanced mind, body and soul. It helps to strengthen the immune system, improves flexibility, helps to release stress and helps to find inner peace and inner balance. It is an amazing meditation practice that will uplift your soul!
